Will 'Learn Commands' include "Increase/Decrease Volume" & "Enable DND..."? on Sync badges.
While demonstrating Sync voice commands we discovered staff with accents are not very successful with "Increase/Decrease Volume" & "Enable DND for ...." commands. Will they be added to the Learn commands soon? This will help as this was an OR staff who need to be hands free so not having some verbal commands available defeats the purpose of a newly designed badges 'hands-free' feature.
@kenneth.erickson (Customer) We checked this internally. Currently, “Increase/Decrease Volume” and “Enable DND” are not included in the Learn Commands list for Sync Badge.
Adding additional commands to the Learn Commands list would be considered a feature request. Please submit an idea through the Ideas section of the SmartCare Customer Portal: [Submit Ideas].
We appreciate your feedback, especially regarding the hands-free use case and accessibility for staff with different accents.
