    @casey.ripley (Redding Rancheria)​ If your badge is not powering on, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

     

    1. Remove and reinsert the battery.
    2. Try using a fully charged battery.
    3. Inspect the badge and battery for any physical damage.

     

    If the badge still does not turn on after these checks or if you notice any physical damage, please raise a technical support ticket [here] and our engineers will take the necessary action
