Greetings all, please advise how and why my submitted email case, Case #00510208: FW: VOCERA: Incident IM1487947, is NOT appearing in the 'My Cases' list? How can I have my emails submitted to this central location?
@sean.darcy (Customer) Greetings, We noticed that the case was initially assigned to one of the Designated Support Contacts, allowing all DSCs to view it under their "My Cases" list and not others. However, your name has been added to this case assignment, so you will be able to view this case details in your "My Cases" list. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
