@sunilkumar.bisht (Customer) great question! Yes, panic calls are treated as Urgent Calls, which break through Do Not Disturb settings (DND). The panic function can be used for all nature of emergencies (e.g. fire) and therefore every potential recipient is interrupted and delivered the panic audio. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the reply @mhauslendale (MedSurg and Neurotechnology) i knew the configuration were there for B3N ,just was not sure if same has been rolled for smart badges as i came across an issue specifically for V5000 badge.
