"Login Cancelled" may occur if a user is logging in but hangs up during the login process instead of the Genie hanging up - which indicates the login process is completed.. This allows users to cancel a login for any reason during the login process. Or a faulty/sensitive Call Button may activate unintentionally causing a logout from the users badge.
