V5000: Is there a way to repair the volume buttons?

I have a V5000 badge that has a stuck volume down button. It doesn't pop back up like the volume up button. Is there a way to pop the case open to have a look? It is out of warranty, and I am told Stryker doesn't offer repair.

    No. I was told that it is out of warranty and that repair services are not offered. We will have to buy a new one.
