Audit log: Getting message "has been logged off by the system for the following reason: maximum amount of mobile sessions has been exceeded" what does it means? What is the limit? What causes this type of messages?

@vincent.marapao (Client) This message usually appears when a user is logged in on more than one mobile device at the same time. The system allows only one active mobile session per user, so if you log in on a new device without logging out from the previous one, the earlier session is automatically logged out and this is recorded in the audit log.

This can happen if you switch devices, log in on another phone, or if there are changes in network/device details that may be recognized as a new session.

If you’re seeing this even while using just one device, please let us know, we can have our Support Engineer take a closer look.
