How to do a factory reset.

@bsweeter (Customer) We understand that you are using both V5000 and C1000 devices. Sharing the documentation for each on how to restore factory default settings:
Please follow the steps applicable to your device model.
a) V5000: [Restoring Factory Default Settings for V5000]
b) C1000: [Restoring Factory Default Settings for C1000]
Please note that restoring factory default settings will erase all badge configurations. The device will need to be reconfigured using BCU/system setup. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further clarification.
