What is the lifespan for the V5000 devices?

@erica.hoover (Client) Lifespan for any of our badges depends on usage and environment. In practice, many customers use their badges for about 3–5 years. The lithium-ion battery usually needs replacement after 18 months and should not be used beyond 3 years. Our team typically reaches out to customers around 3 years to discuss badge refresh.
From a product status standpoint, there is currently no End of Sale or End of Life date announced for the V5000 device.
