@richard.gill (Customer) On Vocera Platform 6.6, badges like the B3000n retain only a limited number of recent messages (approx. 10–20), based on device memory. This is not configurable on the badge. If you’re also using apps like Vina or Vocera Secure Messaging, you may be able to view older messages, depending on how long messages are retained on your platform.
