Will our Edge phones lose connectivity if our internet goes down?

@ckell (UCHealth) Shared devices will lose connectivity if the facility’s network goes down. However, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) users can stay connected by switching to a cellular network. Additionally, if 'offline mode support' is enabled in Vocera Edge Enterprise Manager, users will still be able to access the phone directory, including care teams. You can find the steps to enable it in the Vocera Edge Administration Guide Please reach out if you need further assistance.
