What different ways are possible to handle Vocera user accounts for users who no longer work at my organization? Is it best to simply leave them in the system?

I know that I can delete them one by one. Can I delete specific accounts by uploading a spreadsheet? Or, if we are AD integrated could the Vocera account be deleted when the AD user object is moved to a specific OU (organizational unit) such as the disabled users OU? Or is it best to simply leave them in the Vocera system?

@tim.grunkemeyer (Client) You can delete user accounts manually, please refer to [Deleting a User] or in bulk using a spreadsheet, please refer to [Deleting Users or Devices with CSV Files]. However, for automatic deletion via Active Directory by moving users to a ‘Disabled Users’ OU, we recommend raising a support ticket [here] so our engineers can verify feasibility based on your Vocera version and provide accurate assistance. As a best practice, removing inactive users enhances security
