I know nothing at all about Vocera, just a very basic idea that it’s some kind of communication device integrated with our nurse call system.
The error message we see on our nurse call consoles is:

I don’t know if this is an issue with our nurse call system not communicating with Vocera. Or if there’s something broken in Vocera. I don’t know enough about either system to even ask a question.
