    Round robin distribution should be enabled if you want call distribution to be evenly distributed. So for example, if a member just answered a call, they will bump down to the bottom of the queue and reached out to last to allow other members a chance to answer.

     

    Sequential distribution will follow the path of members the in the order they are listed out, so for example the first member will always be initiated first if they are available, and their backup will only be contacted if the first member does not answer.
