      Hi

We are using B3000n and a few of the older B3000 badges. This document helped me Identify a couple of the 5G radio settings to adjust. I’m also thinking I need to tweak AP radio power levels a little more. We have a couple of areas in which complaints of choppy or one way voice is occurring. I believe it is a case of badges sticking to an AP on the signal edged and not moving its connection to a closer AP.

@wittmiera (Customer) If you submit a case and provide badge logs our team can advise if the badges are seeing insufficient coverage. We are happy to help you track this down.
