@brian.holtom (Client) you may be seeing a "File Integrity Check" message on B3000n badges that shows up occasionally. It is nothing to be worried about and is a part of normal operation.

If the badge finishes booting and is usable afterwards then you should not be concerned, but if the badge is not working then you will need to submit an RMA request if the badge is still under warranty. Hope this helps.

    Hi @brian.holtom (Client)

Can you advise where you are seeing this alert and I can help clarify? We typically use this wording for updates involving security or software integrity.

It is showing up on the b3000n badge. No where else that I can see. Bad Badge?

@brian.holtom (Client) can you submit a case to our team on this to see what might be occurring and see if an upgrade is needed. They can dive in deeper on your issue. In the meantime, I will check with our experts as well and see if there is more information I can provide.

@brian.holtom (Client) is it possible for you to attach a screenshot of the error? I just spoke with our RMA team and we have not had this reported. Please be sure to omit any PHI/PII in the screenshot. Thanks so much.
