zachary.t.petersen (Kaiser Permanente) asked a question.
How do you configure panic button?

Hi Zachary,
Great question, on the B3000n we user the Call button to initiate a "panic"
This is the documentation on how to set up Emergency Broadcast Groups. This would need to be configured before the Call-double-tap on the B3000n will work.

You can reference this Vocera B-Series Badge User Guide and scroll down to this section:
There is no change in behavior for the B3000n badge, and the following behavior still exists:
- DND button―Places the user in DND mode. An inbound caller is offered the option to breakthrough.
- Call button―Places a call to the target destination. If the badge user has accidentally enabled DND, pressing the Call button will turn off DND.
- Panic Call―Double tapping the Call button attempts to initiate a Panic call if a Panic group is configured.
Let me know if this helps or if there is anything else I can clarify.
