    If you want to purchase additional batteries, you would need to speak to your Stryker Sales Representative. You can see this information under Account settings >> Information

     

    Account settings 

    If you feel you have faulty batteries that are under warranty, then you would need to create an RMA request. You can click on your profile avatar in the portal and then select Product returns.

     

    Product returnsYou will see an option to Create an RMA or perform a Warranty lookup:

     

    Submit an RMA request or Warranty Lookup
