michaeldiamante (Customer) asked a question.
I do see you have reached out to have a session with one of our engineers, were they able to help you with this?

No - I was trying to find it on my own, but I have not much luck. I could open up a case, but I already have a case # 00480561 that I really need help me in. This would help me, but priority is the case number.
Michael,
Thanks for responding I was actually able to get a response from one of our team members on how to resolve this.
Vocera best practice is for every user to be assigned to a Sub-Department type group nested under a Department group. An Ordinary group type does not affect departmental membership even when that Ordinary group is nested under a Department or Sub-Department group.
To resolve the issue make sure that every User profile showing as Department Not Assigned is a member of a Sub-Department under a Department. The Department tab in the User profile can assist in verifying that a user belongs to at least one department.
Let me know if this helps.
